Jack Eversull just confirmed with me that EVCA remains in a "quiet period" while major filings are waiting to become effective. He reitereates they cannot control what other companies put out in PR, as in GARC's mention of EVCA as a partner.

That PR is not the PR we are expecting, ours deals with some sort of monetary dealings which required EVCA's accountants and attorneys.

This is the GARC news from yesterday, but EVCA can't speak about it yet, and likely won't until after EVCA's main monetary news comes.
