The float is locked?

I cannot believe that I just read someone writing that.

We do not even know what the float is - much less if it is locked... either way - if it is locked - then it must be with folks looking to take down the pps seeing as how they are selling at .0008 .... The only time that a float lock is a good thing is when folks are working together to raise the ask and force buyers to meet the ask... by extension raising the pps... Have we seen any evidence of that here? Not since last Summer when we had a running tally of the number of shares were we even close to locking the float) 65% was the highest percent of the float that we came to then...

This may well go up but not because of any float lock IMO.
