I can tell you that funding is on its way, I trust my sources, I can also say it's a very large number, but know no details of how its to be transacted.

I'm now doing research as to how/if the government helps companies like EVCA who want to sell EV and hybrids. There may be some serious tax breaks for companies that sell these cars...I'll let you know what I find.
