based on the story - there were 3 key elements:
1) A Surprise announcement that Porsche did have nearly twice shares people thought they had (and therefore, the AVAILABLE shares to cover shorts was MUCH less than people thought)

2) A mechanism to accumulate shares under the radar by controlling calls (42% of all shares were known porche shares. 31% were calls that were UNKNOWN to be controlled / converted by Porsche)

3) A singular announcement -- A "big bang" of info sharing - announcement that Porsche did in fact control 75% of stock (and therefore, VERY few shares out to cover shorts)

We are seeing all 3 in action here at CCME right now.

Hang on, could be pretty interesting -- seriously, may want to consider moving any 20 to 40 sell orders up higher...
