Imagine this...MORE THAN ONE Fortune 100/500 company wanting their own piece of NEOM pie. Heck, we could see 50-60% of the shares being gobbled up right there...add on that another 25% w/ institutions and another 20% by insiders...

What's that leave the general public? Not much. Remedy?
