Will we have 3rd party verification when we release the "numbers?" by year end 2002? Or if not, can you elaborate when we will, or how we will? or if trials being announced or successful would be the 3rd party verification we need?

We are not planning to engage a disinterested third-party to verify that our technology performs as we say that it does. Such verification would be of little use to our target customers, since they must do one in their own labs before they design our chips onto their circuit card.
