Why doesn’t New Visual release the patent numbers and names?

We have multiple patents that are moving through the lengthy patent process in multiple countries of the world at the same time. If competitors had specific knowledge of these patents, it could be possible for them to interfere with this process. As an example, merely knowing which countries we did not file for protection in could conceivably help them craft a strategy that could harm us. We therefore follow the practice that most semiconductor design companies follow and keep this information confidential.
