people the PPS will be .10 once they do the 10 to 1 for preferred shares and begin issuing dividends..

I don't know about those who have accumulated post Dec 31, 2010 but all those who did have a min. .10 pps right now since the preferred shares are set at $1.00 at 10 to 1 = .10 for the common stock which you will be able to buy.

I see a lot of griping about the PR for the cancer treatment, as a longtime shareholder I am more interested in knowing "when" the preferred stock options go into effect so I can get to the real $$$ and really support a growing industry!

oh and I will call dude over at investor relations (forgot his name, but he is real cool) I suggest anyone who has any qualms about PR's should address them his way as he is readily available to answer any questions at the # on the CBIS website
