gunna........................

There are thousands and thousands of players, all of which do things differently. Some invest. Some trade. Some believe otc scam news. Some don't.

The volume numbers are trivial as are the associated dollar amounts. But if you insist the volume is of quality beyond that element of mediocracy another player can be present as well. His intentions are weighted to the other side DNAP "investors" refuse to ackmowledge - shorting.

All of the warrants and convertible debentures DNAP regularly disburse in obliging their infamous financing deals are hopefully exercised at prices beneficial to future share price failure. These instruments are insurance markers to their beliefs and physically permit shorting the stock in American accounts.

Rising share prices excite these players. The higher share price not only affords greater cash received by DNAP in the new share distributions, but it allows an entry point for better rewards in declining price trends for the short. You guys just refuse to see what DNAP has done to itself. The companies that arrange these deals are no fools. Tampa Bay, La Jolla, Dutchess, and all the rest know once they get in the door of a failing company their benefit will be long-lived and great. The activities they pursue and efficiently cast upon share prices are devastating. Companies having entered this arrangement have no choice but to do as DNAP and others have done - sell and sell new shares. It does not matter if the company has anything of value or not. Share price destruction is certain. A slow death spiral is cast and there is nothing you or anyone else can do.

Yes. There are spikes in share price and short-lived upward trends. But the fact remains. The loan sharks have found prey and the end will come as it has for all who have entered that infested water.

Here is part of an email I received a few minutes ago. I'm not a savior. But it conveys some are catching on to the game DNAP plays as do other otc companies. Subject: Thanks for your continuing DNAP input...

DNAP has paid off for me lately. Got in at .0065 and out at .01.2
this time around. Between you and Frog, I'm continually reminded to
not stay too long at the party..............

Hope you're feeling better!
