There are still 290 million shares authorized with 266 million outstanding. If they choose to continue operations and file quarterly next month (late as usual), I suspect we'll have in the 280 million shares out if/when 10Q arrives. With zero revenue, I think they can only sustain life for the remainder of 2011. Remaining shares will pay accountants, auditors and releated filing stuff. Hope they save the last few shares to cover a good-bye PR.
