When the Q drops off later this month... THEN we can start to look towards the merger with Kruse and it's financials etc...

FYI on the matter of dilution... which cannot occur until the Q is dropped anyway so it does not matter at this current point in time... one million divided by .33 = 3 million shares... betting that the share price will be greater than .33 then so even if they do dilute (which is not a given) that is not a whole lot of shares to worry about at the moment... and if they are a fully reporting company.. then we will see it coming... yes?

So celebrate that we seem a final decision away from emerging from bankruptcy and then we will go from there!
