[Bruce the Stock Guy]

Dear Bruce the Stock Guy..My neighbors dog wakes me up every morning..I work the late shift and dont get to bed until 7 am.If the wind blows the dog will bark,and its right next to my window.The police say they cant do anything because its daytime and the dogs owner is a big guy and said he will kick my ass if I dont stop hassling him about his dog.What should I do?
