Have you ever placed a sell order for a .000s stock? What is the max you can set a sell order for a .000 stock? .40? .04? .004?

It is your asset, you should be able to set the price at anything you like... right? doesn't mean the order will ever get filled, but what do they care... Its your stock! They are not losing and money for letting you do that.... or are they?

It would be pretty hard to loan your shares out to market makers if everyone locked their shares at $1 wouldn't it?
