Why is it ALWAYS happening the last hour to hour and half of the trading day???

The charts looks like the stairway to Hell, hopefully it's for easy access for Laura.

Further, WHY THE HECK would Fay want to be associated with this company, she's well engrained with public companies and public companies (legit ones at least) provide sharehodler return. Neom does not, so why even consider it? If things stay like this then her resume is shot.

Neom is like the state fair prize winning dairy cow, problem is it prodices spoiled milk.
