dman, I grow weary of your belief that you are the only one who knows how to do DD. You are not.

At this time, to the Company’s knowledge, the only pending or threatened
legal proceeding that could have a material effect on the Company’s
business, financial condition, or operations has to do with the April 10, 2009
termination license agreement between the University of Texas and Real
Paper Displays, Inc. Negotiations are presently underway to settle this
matter to the mutual benefit of both parties. At the present time, it is very
difficult to determine the amount involved because of the claims and
counter-claims that presently exist between the parties. Until a mutually
acceptable resolution of this matter is obtained, all development work
related to this technology have been placed on hold.
