surely some of it is going into the Class B preferred, but not all of it IMO. Some of it will be straight up debt financing. The money is going to be used to build 4 buildings, and buy cars to stock the lots, those are assets.

If they get $20M, maybe $10M goes into the Class B and $10M into debt financing.

Either way, the value here is about to go way way up.
