indeed, I was thinking the same
7 pebbles.... 7 PEBBLES, one would think LBSR woulb be speeding to prove the claims in order to get Billion dollar mining companies interested

AT this point i believe there are only to scenarios:

1 - LBSR is testing the claims but so far nothing valuable has been retrieved, so nothing to PR about

2 - LBSR has no cash to explore the claims and the money invested by NAK is not enough, so they are just waiting for some kind of mega JV to give them all the resources they need,... not likely i guess we would have heard something from the Big companies by now...
