can speculate all you want, but ask yourself, what takes the companies accountants and attorneys to finalize and file with the SEC before they can issue a PR on it? Sounds like an 8k to me.

The 8k will have details of something major, and obviously it appears as if its financial. If its financialy, IMO, its funding?
