Who said they would "lend"? I don't see any such details of the deal being released for that statement to hold any weight. The filing clearly says that TDGI would be the managing partner. Since buying BB would effectively take it private, they could very well set up the private ownership shares to be held proportionally by the financiers. They wouldn't be "lending" anything... they'd be buying BB, and having TDGI be the managing partner.
