IMO those CPOW graphic technicals, good or bad, won't mean anything as soon as the CPOW/Chongqing definite deal news are released, any time in March.



Best I can recall, it could be April. But I don't wake up every morning worrying about it.

Quite frankly, if I find myself worrying about a stock that's the clearest indication I can think of that it's time to sell.
