Mike-your tone on replies is always so much nicer than mine. I guess I am just tired of the BS. I talked to Mark yesterday and he said he and Dave are "fed up" with answering the same questions over and over. They answer and then the people aren't satisfied with the answer and email/call back. He estimates thay have "wasted" 3 hours a day last week with TA and OS questions. A few shareholders (I use that term lightly) have even requested/demanded that MSEP change TA's. It is just too much and Mark said changes will be made VERY SOON! He said it's time to "build a business" and any shareholders who don't like it are "invited to sell their shares". I agree!!!
