believes an up-listing will help increase visibility for the company’s shares and attract a broader sophisticated class of institutional investor, something lacking in the OTC Pink market.



How about placing a priority on guiding the company towards profitability. I like how he released a PR that also included an insult to the very un"sophisticated class" of investors that have been financing his Beagle, Buddy, Excerise machine, reality TV, celebrity endorsements and other flops.
