We need to ask him if a "stock buy back" would be implemented as revenue significantly increases.

All reverse splits are bad. I have traded penny stocks for over 20 years and have never seen a reverse split work for the benefit of the shareholders.

In regards to your question: "do you see an R/S happening this year to get the share structure in line with PPS increase?"

This question really doesnt make sense as the ratio doesnt change during a reverse split. Reverse splits are just used to : 1. Keep a stock trading on a specific exchange that has a minimum price per share requirement. 2. Dillute shareholder equity allowing management to use more shares for funding. (Both are Bad)

We dont want a reverse split or even talk of it!!
