definitely a cheap lesson for all of us to be more cautious of unsubstantiated "phone calls" to ceo's and "connections" in other countries i.e. costa rica without at least a little bit of evidence backing up said claim... especially considering the size of amandarose4's unsubstantiated ultimatebet.com reverse merge... heck she couldn't even give up the alleged phone number she used to make this so-called contact with a ceo of a publicly traded company... now that's not only unfruitful DD but gives the illusion of an unscrupulous motive in my opinion... if i cared enough i would report her to i-hub...but on friday when the share price was .016 and i was gonna get in soon...the few simple questions i asked amandarose4 could not be answered... i asked her where she "heard" the ultimatebet.com rumor she posted on multiple daytrader i-hub boards...NO REPLY... asked for the number of the ceo she contacted... NUMBER NOT GIVEN UP and then when the story shifted from a call to the ceo to having a connection in costa rica... that's what did it for me... that and the "i made 1100% on selling my shares" statement... now if it was ultimatebet.com with a 7 million float those shares would be worth dollars not between .02 and .03 cents... even her own estimated share price worth of .25 cents was still another 10 bagger from where she sold at
