EGTK-0.183 LONGER TERM PLAY! One of my favorites actually, this one has rumored campaign for this week, if that is true, I expect to see this one run very nice, great chart set up with tight bollies, I believe we see a quarter plus this week, hoe I qam right.

THIS STOCK AT $1.75 USED TO BE THE SAME PRICE WITH THE SAME SHARE STRUCTURE , HERE IS THE TRUTH OF WHAT HAPPENED!

On December 15th 2008 The company filed forms with the SEC to be delisted from the OTC and to no longer be a fully reporting OTC company.

The reason the company took this action is beacuse the company had a petition for a stock offering to do a money raise in the amount of $25 million US Dollars @ $1.00 per share restricted stock with a 12 month legend.

Do to the banking crisis, the institutions that had commited money to this program had no choice but to back out because the of banking meltdown, all of the banking sector stopped with all investments at that time.

On March 2008 the company had no problem raising $3 million dollars US from 3 different foreign institutions.

The company at that time had contracts in 3 different countries, NOW the company has the financing in FULL, the company also has the old contracts back on the table.

This was $1.75 before, I believe EGTK will once again be trading over A DOLLAR, well over A DOLLAR, we shall see.!
