I agree I posted in the past I spoke with Mr Vick and he told me they were working on performance contracts bids as we speak. i guess they bid the work in the winter they perform in the Summer which is School work which falls under the performance contract. stuff like new boilers,air conditioning building controls and light retro fits. all energy saving stuff. which is what these guys or should I say Gal LOL Jean Howe has done a great job to date and there is no reason to believe she will stop now.
