While I agree with you,I do think also that most of the companies on the pinksheet have a market cap based more on potential than earnings.Look for example at IDG* or mrn*,they have little to no revenues and a market cap between 8 and 12M.UDHC has revenues and they are in "expansion mode" as jean stated.
