the information in your links is accurate and up to date. My point was that the cases the SEC PR'd over the past week were from incidents that occured anywhere from 5 years ago to 11 years ago.
The SEC doesn't move fast in litigations and they certainly don't conclude cases in weeks or months. It takes YEARS for them to conclude a case.
So it would be false comfort to conclude that the mere fact that the SEC hasn't announced that they busted Dean for his antics last year means that IMGG is in the clear.
Why hasn't the SEC declared IMGG's S-3 effective? It's been 4 months and 5 revisions for something that shouldn't take much more than 30 days.
The SEC posts effectiveness notices the morning after declaring registrations effective. So we can conclude that, as of Thursday, IMGG still has not successfully registered Cranshire's shares. Under 2 weeks before they owe Cranshire ANOTHER $20,000 penalty.
