I believe the reason he is not releasing a PR is to protect shareholders from further losses. I've tried explaining this before, call Rite Aid and you will know what I know. If Lenny authorizes a PR saying: "Deal with Rite Aid not happening" do you think shareholders will be happy? I sure don't, in fact I'd start selling, which is what I have done for the majority of my shares (Still holding on to that 1 million). Right now the only thing that can bring the stock up any further now is "Manipulation" or good financials. If neither of those happens, then we're stuck.

Also, Sliderrulerx, why are you saying we don't know if he lied yet? Call the Rite Aid number I provide it is clear he lied, or not him specifically but the company in general. Although if I'm not wrong I believe he must approve any PR that goes out right?
