Yes I believe the long explanation of the increase in share count is naked shorting; coupled with some nefarious bear raid.

But some of us are so deluded that we think it might have been the PIPE conducted in the meantime but are so weak and silly we base our opinion on SEC filings.

But please if it makes you feel better, it was naked shorting by an evil off-shore hedge fund.
