Amj, i respect your line of thinking but offer may be much to greedy to accept what the report shows or he may still want more money than is reasonable for what the report shows! or even worse maybe the report is not good! Any number of things could prevent this outcome from happening and i doubt snp will give in easily. I've been in the camp of thinking and wishing this would play out as such because their are many things that point in this direction, but i'm not so sure anymore or at least of it happening any time soon.
