they haven't announce commerciallity is not new news, they will when they go to phase II. offor is not using our funds for a pipeline, you need to do more research when you make accussations, considering the costs of that project, we don't come close. of course if they idn't think they would not have oil in the jdz, they would not even be putting together the plan for phase II, joe.

erhc can't raise anything, if anyone would have noticed. peter has been saying this for 3 long years., hasn't happened. apparently he likes to talk and put out some growth strategy, i have seen no evidence of one or a reality based plan at all.
