Again false information. The company's very own financial statements prove they doubled the A/S just a few months after becoming public. So this was the SECOND time not the first.

In 3rd quarter of 2006, the Company increased the authorized number of shares to 1,000,000,000 shares

Now it has been proven that it was not the first time EXPH raised the A/S. Will you keep saying it was the first time they raised the A/S? Just curious.
