Granted, the timing on all of that was very unusual, but for him to then issue out a PR stating how it wasn't his fault and that the SEC wasn't being fair made him look like a whiny little boy. (You know what they say when you assume)
All I'm saying is, all of this would have been avoided if he would have simply contacted someone at the SEC the day of the delisting.
