Not sure what happened to my post that is empty. I was just posting that as hard as it is to believe I am wrong about anything - [dripping sarcasm]. I venture that an up listing to OTC does NOT involve the SEC. Filing their financial statements and having the OTC release them means they are compliant and up list is probable within a very short time. No delays of any significance.
We will see if I am right.
If not, we longs are use to waiting.
