How can a company that is building a new drug manufacturing facility and is about to submit a BLA for a multi-billion dollar drug be trading under 1.00 when it was trading above 2.00 months ago but with fewer positive developments then than now?

24,000 shares here and thinking seriously about getting more...The fire sale CAN'T and SHOULDN'T last.
