What if NRS is there because it was being discussed on this board that some of the lease payments may have been finding their way back to Shaver Street through Wilkes Holdings, LLC.? What if the way to solve that problem was to find someone willing to pay Expo directly for that percentage? What you say you act surprised when in two years or so (whenever the 1Q numbers are released for 2011 if ever) you see a new distribution being made to Harrs and Brown from G&A that equals a significant percentage of the Shaver complex monthly rental starting about the time NRS moved in? Or maybe no indication of the NRS rental amount at all on the books? What if something like THAT "little tidbit" were to occur?
Don't worry...you'll never see it. No truthful and complete transparency. Not now. Not ever. Bank on it. All the above completely IMHO.
