Let me just say that if WMG (who I have been in touch with since Wednesday night) have not licensed Klepsy as reported by Eliot and CNET, then that means that tracks by Zeppelin, Paul Simon, Abba, James Tayor, Fleetwood Mac and others are all being illegally offered. A Warner spokesperson told me that they knew nothing of any deal with Qtrax. In other words, if that's the case, Klepsy is illegally distributing content.
