It's was my understanding -limited knowlage - is that this particular Asia Telecom never exsisted. It was a leftover shell from the *Jalate company then was *hijacked" (still don't understand all this)Jalate ticker cusip# and traded on fictitious information.
Searches pull up several Asia Telecom or companies with Asia Telecom in them. If the ALTJ shell becomes available again (waiting to see what OSC results are)things could get interesting. That's just my read.
While I was writing I answered my question from my last post.

Origional owners of ATLJ: * Jalate, Ltd. was engaged in the designing, development, and marketing of women's sportswear and dresses primarily in junior, missy, and plus sizes, as of December 31, 1997. It also designed, developed, and marketed kid's wear, and provided product development for apparel retailers.
