TAG, Insider Trading ....................

I find it very interesting that some people on this board and other boards knew that not only that there would be a RS, but also that it would be 150:1.
Months ago.

Considering that TAG never made any public announcement of this, I feel that the SEC needs to know about this for possible Insider Trading.
