Sorry dagg I just don't believe that about the share count. I think they are hiding something. My original question about the first big financing a year ago still remains unanswered in my opinion. I think the Financiers are still drawing down shares beyond the 50 million originally reported. But now .. so what ? The First Quarter 2011 is now complete too .. Feb. 28. They can't uplist or merge with KATG without an audit so it's going to be another long wait for KATX corporate news. You might get news now from BVIG / KATG as to the financing of it. Re the Rusty drill results .. they are long long overdue and are probably weak. I think we are going back to a waiting mode again.
