Since when is TamiFlu "highly toxic"?

I see nothing in its labeling information to indicate that. In fact, quite the opposite.

"No toxicity was observed after repeated administration of up to 500 mg/kg oseltamivir to developing juvenile rats 7 to 21 days old. This 500 mg/kg dose was approximately 280 and 14 times the human systemic exposure (AUC0-24h) of oseltamivir and oseltamivir carboxylate, respectively."

It wasn't toxic at 280 times the recommended human dose. Seems like a wide magin of error to me.

Do you have any studies that back this toxicity claim up?
