INVESTMENT IN GREEN ENRGY PROJECTS IN INDIA.
E-Soft transferred 100 Million Dollar Equity in the form irrevocable transferable Letter of Credit which can be converted into immediate cash upon presenting it to any Bank in Europe , Far East and Globally. Esoft transferred 100 Million Dollars Equity to a publicly traded company in USA. The US company will provide up to one billion dollars financing to set up a power generation company in India. In return for Esoft investment of 100 Million Dollars, soft 60% Joint Venture partner is responsible for providing One Billion US Dollars additional funding which was verified by E-Soft at the time of transferring 100 Million Dollars to our Joint Venture partners. Our Joint Venture partners will provide Vertical Integration of Clean Energy with a vertical portfolio of projects which include design, construction management and facility maintenance services. The company is already in business in which E-Soft owns 40% and 60% is owned by the US partners. The subsidiary has signed up to 200 MW Hybrid Solar Thermal Power plants for which the company will provide turnkey operation and in addition the company is in the process of signing PPA in order to proceed and get involve in power generation business with the same company where 60% is owned by US partners and 40% owned by E-Soft. Besides providing 100 Million equity E-Soft is responsible to obtain Bank guarantee from AAA rate bank to secure the revenue against the signed PPA by various Govt./Non-Govt. organizations which would enable JV partners to infuse one billion dollars to set up a joint venture power generating company in India.
