It doesn't look like this one has the daily volume necessary for dilution to be a concern. Downward pressure appears to be from retail and flippers. Any decent volume and this one could fly.

Besides all that, even if diluted to it maxed out point, less than a billion shares in the float is a very good number when you're looking at buying in trip zeros.
