Well..in one of the past PRs Phil did mention that he does not anticipate exceeding 150M shares O/S for 2005. Just a thought. Keep in mind that NMKT is just in its 3rd year of inception. So revenue has a greater weight than profit, at least at this stage.If however 1Q 2005 is profitable and produces $1M net income then Phil has turned it around. But EPS is an important indicator. It will have greater weight in the coming years. I agree.
