If forecasted revenue of $75 M is accomplished the Net Income will be $8M. On the other hand if acquisitons are completed, then revenue 2005 will be $100M and Net Income will be $12M i.e if they can maintain the same percentage as they did in 4Q 2004. Plus add in the cost savings of the consolidation as announced in the recent PR. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
