BeBevCo and KOMA UNWIND Team Up With Rick Ware Racing in Las Vegas

STATESVILLE, NC -- (Marketwire) -- 03/04/11 -- Bebida Beverage Company (PINKSHEETS: BBDA) (BeBevCo) announced today that the Company will join forces with Rick Ware Racing (RWR) and driver Carl Long during the Samstown 300 Race this Saturday, March 5th, at 3:00 PM on Fox. BeBevCo's product KOMA UNWIND Sleep/Relaxation drink will adorn the hood of the Rick Ware Racing's Ford for this week's NASCAR Nationwide series event at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

KOMA UNWIND Relaxation drink, a brand of BeBevCo, is part of a new and emerging drink category, Relaxation beverages. The product is dedicated to helping consumers achieve a level of relaxation without the use of pills or alcohol. This will be the first appearance for KOMA UNWIND in NASCAR's second tier series, although not the first appearance in racing. In 2010, KOMA UNWIND supported Daisy Ramirez Motorsports' NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) team in 22 events. Carl long drove the truck in multiple events finishing 11th at Dover.

BeBevCo's CEO and KOMA UNWIND developer Brian Weber also has a long history in racing. He competed in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, NCWTS, ARCA Racing Series and Busch North Series. Most currently, Weber competed in two events in the NCWTS in 2010.

"I was talking with Carl as we were in Las Vegas this week promoting our drink at the ASD trade show," explained Weber. "I thought to myself that we may be able to help out some, so I gave him a call and we worked out a deal for this week. We are not a huge company, but we do have a tremendous product in a new category with KOMA UNWIND Relaxation drink," concluded Weber.
