That kind of behavior cannot be normal. Some people live through their investments and let the performance of a stocks control how they feel and react in their everyday environment. It's sad. It should be...did I make a wise decision on my investment; did I do my due diligence; if I decide to invest in a penny stock is it money I can afford to lose, etc. If the gamble did not pay off, then so be it. Learn from your mistakes (hopefully) and move on to the next one. It's as simple as that. Don't stress and let it ruin your day or life. As the French say "C'est la vie", (that's live).
