Well it all depends on this PR. If it is full of dribble than it will just sink the ship faster. If it has details of moves they are making, acquisitions, and money exchange then it will move. You have to understand how these things work. It's going to puff up and deflate until they start generating revenue. You will see these swift rises, and vast falls. Every time it happens, new investors are turned on, and keep watching it. They aren't going to drop 10k on this stock and walk away until they see solid growth attributes.
