Facebook is the wrong place to conduct business communications. Dean did the right think kicking all the investors off Facebook to limit his distractions. Even before Dean kicked everyone off Facebook, people were complaining that he was communicating to investors there saying he was only giving information to his friends and family or anyone else that friended him (thousands of them).

Now, the only lines of communication are through the website and Money TV. MWE, GE and Toshiba do not return calls to investors. I don't blame him for leaving the forums as well as he got blasted for everything he did or didn't do. That became a huge distraction to his business dealings.

I too would like to see an open forum where Dean would communicate directly with investors, but I guess that ship has sailed.
